Alfalfa

 Mild, nutty, and slightly sweet microgreen with a subtle crunch. Very delicate in flavour, light lettuce with a hint of peas. 


  Harvest: 8–12 days 

Beetroot

 Earthy, mild, and slightly sweet, with vibrant colours making it a standout microgreen for garnishing. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

Broccoli calabrese

 Mild, slightly peppery, and extremely fresh microgreen. Very clean, crisp flavour that pairs with almost anything. 


 Harvest: 6–10 days   

Tendril Pea white

 Crisp, fresh, and sweet with a pea-like flavour, classic garden pea taste with elegant texture. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days  

Organic Sunflower

 Crunchy, nutty, and slightly sweet, mild and very refreshing. A microgreen loved for their texture as much as flavour. 


 Harvest: 7–12 days   

Organic Red cabbage

 Mild, slightly sweet, and crisp. A microgreen with a hint of pepperiness and a fresh, crunchy bite. 


  Harvest: 7–14 days 

Celery

 Strong aroma and flavour, slightly bitter and herbaceous. It's perfect for garnishing soups, salads, or cocktails. 


 Harvest: 18–25 days 

Nasturtium

  Peppery, spicy, and mustard-like. This microgreen can be quite bold. An excellent choice for adding spice and zest to dishes. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

China Rose Radish

 Crisp, peppery, and spicy, similar to fresh horseradish or mustard. Bolder than broccoli, milder than red radish. 


 Harvest: 5–8 days  

Basil

 Sweet, aromatic basil flavour, slightly peppery with a soft, velvety texture. Tastes just like mature basil, but  more intense. 


 Harvest: 15–25 days 

Green Basil

 Sweet, slightly peppery microgreen. Aromatic, with the same fresh flavour as mature basil but more intense. 


 Harvest: 12–16 days 

Cinnamon Basil

 Sweet and spicy microgreen, with a hint of cinnamon and clove. Almost like basil infused with chai spice. 


 Harvest: 16–25 days 

Lemon Basil

 Fresh, citrusy, and herbaceous with a strong lemon flavour balanced by basil’s characteristic sweetness. 


  Harvest: 12–18 days 

Red Basil

 Sweet and slightly peppery with a mild herbaceous flavour, similar to green basil but with a slightly spicy and earthy kick.  


 Harvest: 14–21 days 

Coriander Split

 Fresh, citrusy, and intensely coriander flavoured microgreen, even more fragrant than mature leaves.  


 Harvest: 18–25 days 

Fennel

 Sweet, licorice-like, and anise-flavoured with a mild herbaceous note. Similar to mature fennel but less intense.  


 Harvest: 10–14 days  

Green Sorrel De Belleville

 Tart, lemony, and slightly sour with a refreshing, acidic note. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

Red Vein Sorrel

 Bright, tangy, and citrus-like with a sharp, lemony bite. Perfect for cutting through rich dishes or adding a vibrant pop of flavour. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

Kale Black Tuscany

 Mild, slightly peppery with a savoury and earthy flavour, with a tender, mild texture that's ideal for fresh eating. 


 Harvest: 7–14 days 

Red Kale

 Mild, slightly peppery, and subtly sweet with a mild bitterness. A gentle kale flavour, much less intense than mature kale.


  Harvest: 10–14 days

Chinese Kale

 Mild, slightly sweet and nutty, with a gentle peppery finish, similar to broccoli  but with a deeper, more savoury flavour. 


 Harvest: 7–10 days 

Kale Red Russian

 Mild and sweet, with a slightly peppery and earthy flavour. Milder compared to traditional kale.


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

Pink Kale

Mild, slightly peppery and earthy microgreen, with a subtle sweetness. The flavour is gentler than mature kale. 


 Harvest: 14–21 days 

Organic Beet Bulls Blood Sangria

 Earthy, sweet, and slightly peppery. Offers a touch of sweetness and vibrant depth. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

Organic Garlic Chives

 Mildly garlicky with a fresh, onion-like flavour. It has a subtle garlic punch without being too overpowering. 


 Harvest: 14–21 days 

Red mustard

 Strong mustard flavour, with a sharp, zesty bite that brings heat similar to arugula or horseradish. 


 Harvest: 7–10 days 

Organic Red Mustard

  Spicy, peppery, and mustard-like, with a slightly bitter finish. Less bitter than mature mustard but still brings a bold heat. 


 Harvest: 7–10 days  

Organic Cress

Peppery, mustard-like, and slightly spicy. It has a sharp, tangy flavour similar to radishes, but milder and less intense. 


 Harvest: 7–10 days 

Radish Sango

 Spicy, peppery, and radish-like with a sharp, zesty bite. It's a great addition for those who enjoy a bit of spice. 


 Harvest: 7–10 days 

Organic Radish Daikon

 Crisp, clean, and spicy with a sharp radish kick. A bold and peppery microgreen that adds heat and crunch to any dish. 


 Harvest: 6–10 days 

Organic Radish Rambo

 Bold, peppery, and spicy microgreen with a crisp texture. Similar heat to daikon but with a touch more bite.


  Harvest: 6–10 days 

Spring Onion

 Mild onion flavour, sweet and grassy with a light chive-like kick. Much less intense than mature spring onion.


  Harvest: 14–20 days 

Rak Choi Red

Mildly spicy, mustard-like with a slightly peppery kick. Offers a tender, mild heat with a subtle earthiness. 


 Harvest: 10–14 days 

Rocket

 Peppery, nutty, and slightly tangy microgreen. Great for adding a zing to dishes without overpowering.  


 Harvest: 7–10 days 

Organic Rocket

 Peppery, nutty, and slightly bitter with a zesty, tangy finish. Adds a sharp bite and refreshing kick to dishes.


 Harvest: 7–10 days 

Swiss Chard

  Mild, slightly earthy, and subtly sweet. Less bitter than mature chard, making it a smooth and versatile addition to dishes.
